Jack has been playing guitar since he was 8 years old & studied under National Guitar Champion, Freddie Haeffner (protégé to the great Andre Segovia) @ American Music Studios. He placed 2nd in a National AGMA Competition at age 11 in Pittsburgh, & 1st at age 12 in Louisville. He has taught guitar, piano, & vocals for 40 years at Hamilton Music Studios in St Louis, Las Vegas CMP Studios, Coyote Moon Music & Recording Studio in Las Vegas, Defiance, & private instruction for CMP @ Valencia Lakes in Tampa Bay, FL.

 

        He has taught hundreds of students of all ages. He has sponsored & performed with his students at National Charity Events for Autism Speaks-'Shades of Blue', & yearly Christmas Parents at Lake St Louis, MO. He performed often with his students accompanying him at 'Rendezvous Cafe & Wine Bar', St Charles Mo (Ranked #1 Music Venue in West County St Louis) where he performed their top act for nearly 2 years till moving to Tampa in 2017. He continues to perform at various venues such as The Vineyard Trattoria Restaurant in Apollo Beach, Kings Point, Valencia Lakes, Del Sol, Joia's Restaurant, Daiquiri Raw Bar-St Armands Circle-Longboat Key, & occasionally dropping back in at his Alma Mater, Las Vegas @ Cabo Wabo on the LasVegas strip. He graduated in 05 with a Film & Audio Degree from UNLV, Nevada. He performed there for nearly 25 years at major Casinos such as Caesars Palace, Mandalay Bay, the RIO, Gold Coast Casino, Riviera, Tropicanna Casino, The Roadhouse Casino, The Cannery, & numerous corporate events at the world class 'Las Vegas Convention Center'. He worked as an Actor, Narrator, Spokesperson, Model, & Musician for the elite 'Jaki Baskow Talent & Booking Agency' for 25 years.

        Jack has also performed as a member of the elite 'City Players Theatrical Actors Studio" in St Louis under Irma Tucker, & became an established SAG-Screen Actors Guild member since 1987. A working Actor in Vegas & Hollywood for more than a dozen Films, TV Series, Theatrical & Musical Performances. He worked on the 4 Time Oscar Winning Film 'RAINMAN' in 87 as Tom Cruise's Stand In-Stunt Double, & again for Johhny Depp & Benicio Del Toro in 'Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas'. He was TWA Airlines Technical Consultant & Actor in Sylvester Stallone's 'Over The Top'. He also worked on stage as a magicians assistant to world famous Las Vegas Entertainer of the Year, 'Lance Burton' on 'The World's Greatest Magic' televised nationally.

 

        He is a true Professional as an actor or musician in every sense of the word & loves performing all genres of music. He takes you on a personal journey of his life as an entertainer & his 25 years as a Flight Attendant/Service MGR/Instructor for TWA/American Airlines. His career has been fascinating. He is a solid member of ASCAP/ AGMA/ SAG/AFTRA/ a teaching tennis professional-USPTA/USTA / & Pro USAPA Pickleball Instructor & Ambassador @ Freedom Fairways, Kings Point, South Shore Falls, Valencia Lakes, & former head pickleball/tennis pro at Valencia Del Sol.

 

An evening with Jack Zdvorak is quite an adventure, more of a journey through his life in the Entertainment World & one you will not forget. He covers originals & music from all genres from Michael Buble, Sammy Davis, Tony Bennett (his doubles tennis partner when in Las Vegas), to the Rat Pack, the 50s, 60s, 70s, Country (& a tribute to Marty Stuart, 5 time Grammy Music Award winner)
